Remote Service — the workshop that reaches the customer's desk

A lightweight agent on the customer's Windows PC runs complete service workflows: VHD backup, antivirus scans, cleanup and updates — while you watch the console from anywhere and handle dialogs remotely.

What it contains

  • Agent-based service: install once, run full maintenance workflows remotely
  • Predefined stage plans: backup, restore points, AV scans, cleanup, Windows updates
  • Live console: streamed progress for every stage, on desktop or phone
  • Skip, jump and cancel stages mid-run — the plan adapts to the machine
  • Popup watcher: unexpected windows raise an alarm you can acknowledge remotely
  • Health and hardware reports land on the case automatically

How it works

  1. Install the agent on the customer PC — it links itself to the case.
  2. Start the service workflow; stages execute one by one with live output.
  3. Handle anything unusual remotely: confirm dialogs, skip a stage, jump ahead.
  4. When done, the case holds the full log, reports and worked time.

Questions

Does the customer need to sit at the PC?

Mostly no — the agent runs unattended and asks only when credentials or a reboot window are needed. Popups trigger a remote alarm you can act on.

What can it automate?

Disk2vhd backups, restore points, antivirus and anti-malware scans (incl. HitmanPro/Malwarebytes), CCleaner cleanup, program removal, Windows and driver updates, and final reporting.
