How it works

  1. Open the Command Center — it reads live data from every other module.
  2. Glance at the KPI row; click any number to drill into the underlying list.
  3. Acknowledge alarms, or click a log entry to ask the employee for a reason.
  4. Export per-employee profitability for payroll and bonus decisions.

Questions

Does the Command Center need setup?

No. It uses the data your daily work already creates in cases, sales and payroll — open it and the numbers are there.

What does “ask for a reason” mean?

Every employee action lands in the activity log. The owner can click it and demand a written explanation, which the employee must answer inside the platform.
